Refund policy

Because all of our magnets are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, since personalized items cannot be resold or reused.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there’s an issue with your order—such as a defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part—we will do everything we can to make it right.

Damages, defects, or wrong item received

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mustardseedmagnets.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

  • a brief description of the problem

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, correction, or remake (at our discretion). In most cases, we do not require the damaged/defective item to be returned.

Returns

We do not accept returns for custom and personalized products (including photo magnets and any items made using customer-provided images/text). If a return is specifically requested by us in writing (rare), we will provide instructions and the return address.

Cancellations / Order changes

Custom orders may enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us immediately at hello@mustardseedmagnets.com.
Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • custom or personalized items

  • sale items

  • gift cards

Refunds

Because orders are custom-made, refunds to the original payment method are not offered once an order has been placed. If an issue is confirmed (damage/defect/error), the resolution will typically be a remake/replacement rather than a refund.
